Integration Query

Hi,

I am new to RTIR and have been asked by a client to that an incident entered in their Windows ASP.NET website will be posted to RTIR.
What is the best way to go around this? And ideally what is the best site to search for knowledge base on integration to RTIR.

Evan

Hi Evan,

Well, the integration can be done easily by the REST interface, you can get some info of the REST in the following link http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/REST, you can also do some integration via mail using the extension RT::Extension::CommandByMail (RT-Extension-CommandByMail-3.01 - Change ticket metadata via email - metacpan.org).

Depending on what you want to do exactly, you could have other solutions.

Cheers,
