Install problems with CLI and FCGI interfaces

Hello,

I am running Apache 1.3.20 with fastcgi, on a NetBSD 1.5.1_ALPHA
machine. The server is running as nobody:nobody. I get failures with
both the web and the cli versions of rt–haven’t yet tried the mail
gateway at all.

Here’s the cli error when I try to do “rt” with no arguments:

Can’t locate object method “new” via package “RT::Handle” at
/local/rt2/lib/RT.pm line 13.

And in the apache logs:

Can’t locate config.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /local/rt2/etc
/local/rt2/lib /local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i386-netbsd
/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i386-netbsd
/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /local/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at
/local/rt2/bin/mason_handler.fcgi line 39.
BEGIN failed–compilation aborted at /local/rt2/bin/mason_handler.fcgi
line 39.
[Fri Sep 21 16:49:50 2001] [error] [client 155.53.12.70] Premature end
of script headers: /local/rt2/bin/mason_handler.fcgi

After setting /local/rt2/etc/config.pm to a+r, I get the exact same
error as with the cli, tellingly.

Any clues would be much appreciated.
