Install on to new server

I’m moving my installation from one server to another.

As far as I can tell in my bleary-eyed state, everything is "the same"
between the 2 boxes (obviously something isn’t or it’d be working).

I moved the mysql database from the live server to the new server.

Set up apache 1-something with mod-perl blah blah.

I’m getting this syslog error:

RT: Use of uninitialized value in numeric ne (!=) at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle.pm line 669.
(/usr/local/www/data/rt-ticket/lib/RT.pm:247)

And this apache log error:

[Thu Oct 16 03:28:52 2003] [error] install_driver(mysql) failed: Can’t
locate loadable object for module DBD::mysql in @INC (@INC contains:

Perhaps a module that DBD::mysql requires hasn’t been fully installed
at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/DBIx/SearchBuilder/Handle.pm line
132

All the dependencies have been installed. Most likely there are newer
versions of the modules on this new server vs the live server.

I’ve checked through file perms in the site_perl dirs. Some were off, but
everything matches the live server now.

Any clues? More info needed?

Apart from the obvious, maybe you need to reinstall DBD::mysql?
