Install norwegian language file

I’ve installed RT using apt-get on Debian Etch.
I see there is a fairly good translation into Norwegian for the released
version, but I can not find where to put the languagefile, and where to
select what language the system should be using.

Can anyone give me some guidance?

The system autodetects the user’s language based on their browser
settings. They can also set their default in preferences.

In RT_Config.pm, you can find the settings to copy to RT_SiteConfig and
force a default.

You can drop new translations in /opt/rt3/local/po
