Hi.

We were under the impression that when an ticket that has been

opened by us in the Web RT, we will be updated on every comments that
are added to this specific ticket.
Is it possible to know if it works that way, or if we have to ask to
be CC’d on every comments made by an individual.

Example :
RT 19711
Was opened on January 14th 2003 by: billing.escalations@sympatico.ca
Comment added on January 16th by abuckland was never received at
billing.esclations@sympatico.ca.
