Incorrect translation strings and updated Norwegian translation

There seem to be something wrong with the translation framework.
Inside the Norwegian Bokmål translation file (no.po, should probably
be called nb.po instead), I find several errors which seem to
originate from some automatic script. There are also errors with
English strings going over multiple lines. I’ve fixed the former, but
am not sure how to fix the latter. I assume it require code changes.

This patch for no.po is relative to the 2.6 branch in subversion.
This is the result when checking the file:

I am unable to find the string in any source files, so I am not sure
how to fix it.

Here is the patch for no.po, fixing two typos
(s/Instilling/Innstilling/ and s/Konfigurasjon/Oppsett/) and the other
format errors detected by msgfmt.
