I thought this might be useful – you’ll find a template linked below that includes previous ticket history in chronological order color-coded to match the RT ui.

A quick update:
My team really liked this and had suggestions for improving it.
Changes:
- Include create note in green.
- Alternately shade rows to increase readability.
