Import from 1.07 to 2.0.1 fails

Hi,

when I try to import the data from RT 1.0.7 to RT 2.0.1, the import
script fails when starting to import the transactions…

Log output:

Make sure you have given the name of an existing queu in your old database for $DEFAULTQUEUE.
If you have, check that it imported your queues correctly:
run “mysql/psql rt2” and do "select * from queues;"On Fri, 13 Jul 2001 16:55:36 +0200 Torsten Fellhauer Torsten.Fellhauer@ixpoint.de wrote:

hrm. that’s what I thought I fixed in 2.0.1. are you sure you set your
’default queue’ properly?

Hi

Upgrade the mysql & DBI mysql modules to the latest.
It worked for me with RT 2.0.0 both on a linux box and a solaris 8 sparc
box.

Take care
Tasos
