Hi guys,
I want to make a POC (Proof of concept) of RT but it seems a bit hard to configure.
I want to demo the following use case:
1- When other users creates tickets, I want to approve them by my self (I am USER 1 and the only one approver)
2- When me I create my own ticket, I want it to be approved by someone else (Let’s say USER 2) , not by me because it does not make sens to approve my own tickets
How can I configure and achieve this use case?
