I have a problem with send mail to RT system

Hi,All

My corp have a RT system ourself.

Now, it is have a problem.

If I send a mail to this RT system, I will receive this message: No permission to create tickets in the queue 'noc'.But other person can send mail to RT system successfully,and create a ticket.

The log is below:

As per your first log line – your user account is disabled – you need
to re-enable it.
