Admin users that use hotmail and reply to emails generated by RT turn
the plain text messages into html attachments which are unreadable to
the requestors. The obvious answer is to ban hotmail for admins, but I
am using RT to hand off to affliate businesses while still keeping track
of the ticket, so I can’t control that so well.
Any solution for parsing html?
