How to not send a notification to requestor when resolved a specify ticket?

Hi Everybody,

Im a new user of RT / RTFM, I looking for a way to specify for one ticket
that we don’t want to send a mail to requestor.

I can see options in scrip #10 but i think it 's not the good way.

Can someone help me for this problem ?
