How to do mapping

While creating a new ticket how can I add new fields department and owners with the drop down menus. Please have a look on below screenshot

You’ll need to create Custom Fields called “Department” and “Owner”, assign those to the relevant queues and add the allowed values to to the Custom Fields. For your Owner one, you can have multi-select which would probably be nicer than your various combinations.
