How to customize the tabs on the homepage like simple
search,tools,tickets,configuration?
Also, how to add new entry in that list?
Basically, i want to be able to track my customer information along with
tickets. There is no option already available in RT to insert,view,modify
customer information. So i would like to customize it for my usecase.
