I logged in as root & created a user through (create a new user) & I gave him the rights to “Let this user access RT” & “Let this user be granted rights” & then I create a new queue & gave the user rights to create ticket.
But when I logged in as that user, I couldn’t see any queue in front of “New Tickets In”
So any one can help me???
