How to create ticket to a new user?

Hi

I logged in as root & created a user through (create a new user) & I gave him the rights to “Let this user access RT” & “Let this user be granted rights” & then I create a new queue & gave the user rights to create ticket.

But when I logged in as that user, I couldn’t see any queue in front of “New Tickets In”

So any one can help me???

That user also needs to have the Right ‘SeeQueue’.

You need to grant the user the right to SeeQueue as well.
