How to create Customer database with multiple email IDs

Our primary use is going to be creating tickets with our suppliers and record tickets from our clients on RT. To make it simple for my team, I need to create a database of our 100 cleints . suppliers on RT so when the NOC agent wants to open ticket with a supplier “A” it should automatically populate the multiple email IDs the Ticket email has to go to.

I did find the option of creating users and we can create TT with User as requestor and send it and it shoots the email ID recorded for that user, but u can only record 1 email ID for 1 user and not multiple. Can you please help me understand if this is possible to do in RT - i.e creating a database with information for our customer that is auto populated when opening a ticket

You could make a group of users and add that group as the requestor on a ticket
