How to change the ticket serial number when i create on WEB UI

Is there the way to change current request’s serial number when I create new one on WEB UI. Please kindly tell me how to do it. Very Thanks!

WebRT numbers the requests sequentially. The numbers have to be unique
because they are the key fields for the records in the database. Things
break if you put a number of your own choosing to the ticket.

I do not understand why you would want to change the number on a request
you are creating. What is the benefit?

If you want to merge to tickets together, that is done by clicking on
the serial number on the ticket, then you get to a window where you can
merge the ticket to another.
