How do we find what bugs have been reported?

Having been in the computer business for over 20 years, nothing is more annoying when you are heads-down than being told about the same problem 50 times. So how do I verify whether bugs have been reported before I send an email to rt-bugs@fsck.com?

When I go to the “Bug Reporting” link off of Request Tracker — Best Practical Solutions, it sends me to http://rt3.fsck.com//NoAuth/Buglist.html which has nothing but:

Current rt3 Milestones and Bugs
To report a new issue not mentioned here, please send email to rt-bugs@fsck.com.

Thanks,
Sam
