Why every user of RT can modify the "global setup"
How could hide “global setup” if user if not root?
I use RT 3.0.12

Please help if you can.

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me as to whether we require the 5 indexes on the Ticket
Table?If i go ahead and remove these indexes then does the operations(
such as selection) from the database become slow?
