How are users autocreated in RT?

Hi all,

Can someone tell me all different ways that a ticket can be autocreated
.I know when he is added as a watcher a user can be created. When are
users auto created during ticket submission? Are tickets created from
the mailgate too?

I don’t remember exactly, but there is something like “sub
LoadOrCreate” in lib/RT/User_Overlay.pm.
