Hide reply author in notify message

Hello,
When a ticket is replied, resquestors are notified by e-mail. Is it possible to hide the name of the guy who replies in this e-mail ?

I found the solution by myself !!! Without any help from anybody !!!
Okay, I confess trs gave me the solution on IRC actually…
In RT_Config.pm :
Set($UseFriendlyFromLine, 0);
