Hi,
The following errors were probably caused from running up2date on
RHEL 4.0 last week:
Command output: RT server error. The RT server which handled your
email did not behave as expected. It said: Can’t locate object method
“seek” via package “File::Temp” at

This error is happening everytime I send an email to helpdesk.
I have already tried reinstalling the File::Temp pkg.
Any suggestions on how to correct this would be appreciated.
