What I did was as follows…
- Installed RH 9.0
- Upgraded the installation with all the latest updates
- followed README in the RT root directory
The real issues that we have now:
-
index.html is not appending
-
clicking on the queues on the main screen after logging in brings the
following error:
System error

This error, and the index.html error are the only two that we have seen.
I hope this helps you. If you have any other questions, let me know.

For heavens sake, if you have a RH9 working without
flaw…
Give us recreateable versions and configs !

Never mind. We figured it out. We now have it up and running on RH 9.0
so far it looks good.

We are receiving the above error, is there anyone that can point us in
the right direction? We are on RedHat 9.0 with the latest updates.
