You can find info on contrib Statistics package (which is the only one
that exists, AFAIK) here:
http://wiki.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi?RT3StatisticsPackage

this package will have more things in a near future, for now if you have
something that isn’t covered dorp a note on “Whish List” section.

For those watching this thread, the Statistics package doesn’t do “by requestor” at this time, would be reasonable to add it.

If anyone is going to start on that, I would suggest optionally being able to report on all requestors that share a common email domain, that way you could see all from a given company…

Probably not the answer you are looking for, but I do a lot of “reports” by simple searches, building up the search criteria until it shows the tickets that I want to see (e.g. resolved this week, owned by UserX, etc).
Statistics Add on (in contrib dir on web site) looks promising, too.
Lastly, its very easy to create web “front ends” that call specific tickets and views from RT, so you can customize a reporting portal.-----Original Message-----

I will probably make custom front ends for my reporting needs. I
took a look at index.html to see how the overview was created, then
adapted it and created a new overview page in <install_dir>/local/html
to show how many tickets are due in the next week, the highest priority
tickets resolved in the last week, etc. You can programmatically limit
by requestor, due date or status, order by priority or due date, etc.
I learned a lot about limiting and ordering just by looking at the
index page and <install_dir>/lib/RT/Tickets_Overlay.pm.-------- Original Message --------
