I get the following error when I try to send an email to rt to open a ticket
No permission to create tickets in the queue ‘support’.Create failed: 0 /
0 / No permission to create tickets in the queue ‘support’.
I have done the Mail Configuration using the /var/qmail/users/assign method which I resorted to after getting the same errors using the email@example.com method as recommended in the docs.
It seems to be a permissions problem. Could anyone tell me what the right ownerships and permissions for the RT2 files are?
