RT could not load a valid user, and RT’s configuration does not allow

for the creation of a new user for your email.

According to the logs,

Dec 15 22:24:31 rt RT:
rt-3.4.1-19-384-5.11.5953709515658@servervault.com No recipients
found. Not sending.
(/usr/share/request-tracker3.4/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:247)

How is this possible? I sent an e-mail and I am the requestor, no
recipients found?

I believe I fixed the problem.

Worked for me.

Let me guess - you don’t have $RT::NotifyActor set to true? See

Steve

Actually I was the requestor and yeah that was set to 0-- the main issue
though it has to be someone else to request it and it worked fine. The
production server has it set to 0, thanks!
