Hello - bug info

Hello,

We found a bug. If someone sends mail to RT from a autoresponder, you get a never
ending loop that can create hundreds of new requests. There needs to be a way to
block certain email addresses from rt… Maybe even temporarily.

Any ideas?

Procmail is one way.
Additionally, RT respects the Precedence: Bulk header. you might want
