i am trying to get

to work…
the help page suggests::
rt: “|/home/rt/bin/html2mime | /usr/local/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue
“General” --action correspond --url http://whatever/”
but when i try this i get the error

554 5.0.0 Service unavailable
Any ideas?
