Group ownership of tickets


I’m trying to set up a group which can own tickets. What I want to do
is to be able to assign tickets to a group, and then each group member
is notified that the ticket has been assigned to the group, and the
ticket shows up in the list of tickets owned by each group member.

I’ve created the group and given it the same rights for the queue in
question as the regular users (including OwnTicket). However, I can’t
set the group as the owner of any ticket.

Any ideas? I feel I must be missing something obvious here. (I’m using
rt 2.0.5_03.)
