GotoTicket bug?

I have a user with this privileges:

  • SeeQueue
  • ShowTicket

When this user use the SelfService interface, he can view your owns
tickets: “Open requests” and “Closed requests”

He can create new tickets too (New request).

Until this point, all is perfect.

“But”, I have a big trouble: when this user inform some ticket number
in “Goto Ticket” field, he view this ticket, doesn’t matter if this
ticket is or not your!

It’s a bug?
Or I forget some step?

You granted this user “ShowTicket”, so he can see all tickets.

If I not grant “ShowTicket” permission to this user, he cannot
see your own tickets.

I’m wrong ?

Grant “ShowTicket” to the “Requestor” group, instead of to
the user.
