We would like the ticket # displayed in the history area
when it is displayed.
When you click in the ticket id, the full history is then
displayed in the next window. If you then choose to download the
ticket, it does not put the ticket number in the document. One of
our users requested this feature.
What module would I need to modify to get this to work the
way we would like?
