Getting rid of "example.com"

Ok, I changed the constructs for getting rid of “example.com” and put them
in etc/RT_SiteConfig.pm like it told me to do:

Set($rtname , “New Name”);
Set($Organization , “newdomain.com”);

However, I am still seeing the text “RT in example.com” in the web app and
email subject lines still contain example.com:

[example.com #15] test

I sent the hangup sig to httpd just in case but still no change. Any
ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Because of the way Mason caches data, a simple restart won’t cut it. You
must fully stop, and then start, apache.
