Some clients opening tickets via RT send us private information in form of attachment (f.ex. copy of ID card). In order to comply with GDPR a support technician should be able to delete the attachment as soon as they have been verified.
We’re running RT 4.2.12
According to the documentation rt-shredder plugin should be able to shred some attachments but the search looks rather limited (type of file).
Also is it possible to do this thourgh the WebUI rather than the cli?
