From address for correspondance

Hi,

I have been trying to get RT (2.0.11) to set the from address of correspondance
34SP.com support” rt@34sp.com

(The address will be changed to our real support address once RT goes into live
service)

The only way I’ve found to do this is to call the queue ‘34SP.com support’ and
set the correspondance address to ‘rt@34sp.com’. Ideally I’d like to have the
queue named ‘support’ and set something else to affect the from address. I
tried setting the correspondance address to ‘“34SP.com support” rt@34sp.com
but that didn’t do the trick.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Well now I do. For list archive purposes, you put a header line into the
template.
In my case, I added
to the top of my correspondance template.
