Freebsd error message

Any other ideas why i get this?

[Mon Oct 20 23:59:21 2003] [error] Can’t locate object method “new” via
package “RT::Handle” at /usr/local/rt/lib/RT.pm line 147.

I’ll admit to not having full context, but if it’s not your handle type
being set wrong, it may well be permissions. Can the UID RT’s running as
actually access the config file?
