How do I get RT to send e-mails (not attachments) with rich text formatting? …ie words in bold and in color in the e-mail body.

Im not positive, but I don’t think you are going to get much love for
that on this list. Personally, I’ve had requests for it but I also buy
into the whole email should be plain text thing.
