Filtering attachments in Ticket/Elements/FindAttachments

Is there a way to pull up only the text/plain portions of a ticket, and
only list the download link for other types (images, etc)?

Not clear question.
What do you want to do? IMHO you look into wrong place. This component
is core specific and is required for better RT performance.

OK, let me describe what I’d like, perhaps you can point me to a better
way to do it.

When I pull up a ticket history, I’d like to have only the text portions
of the tickets displayed and all non text/plain portions indicated by
only a download link.
