Is it possible to pass field contents to RT via email input?

IE Can you send the ticket status or a custom field value inside an
email and have RT populate what you intended.

With some mods, yes. I answered this last week or so
on this list. I’d send you my mods, but I’ll be out
of town for 10 days or so. When I get back, I’ll probably
put them in the wiki.
