I’m in the process of getting to know the subtleties of RT better. When I sort tickets I own, I’d really like to sort only by the time the requestor last made an update. I really don’t care if, eg, I changed the ticket priority, but that will cause last updated to change, which messes up my ability to have things users have responded to at the top of my list. Is there a way to do this that I’m not aware of?
