I hope that it is not cheeky for a person who has used this for all of a
week to submit a suggestion. In configuring my queues I like having our
users get an auto-reply when the ticket is generated. Because our users
don’t need to see everything that happens along they way, they are not
notified of transactions. It would be nice, though, if there were a way of
having them be notified when the ticket is closed without their having to
see all of the transactions in between. I know that it would be done with
correspondence, but one department will be using it for print job requests
and other high volume stuff so it would be nice for them and others is
there was just a one-click “it’s done” capacity.
