Starting from specific ticket id (20885) RT CLI command /opt/rt4/bin/rt show -t ticket ticket/20886 -f id returns
"ticket 20886 does not exist". However I can see this ticket via RT web GUI with the same credentials.
If I try to search tickets with RT CLI command /opt/rt4/bin/rt list -i “created > ‘2017-07-14’” I receive list of all tickets id until specific ticket (20885). However via RT web GUI I can see all ticket created after ticket id 20885.
What could be the problem?
