No matter what permissions a user has, I am seeing that our first queue
name “Aptagen” appears on everyone’s page as a possible queue in which
to create a request in addition to the one(s) that a user is supposed to
have access. How do I stop the first queue name from appearing like
that? Most of my users will only need access to a single queue (the one
for their company’s work orders).
