Error on merge tickets

when I try to merge one ticket into another I get this error:
“An internal RT error has occurred. Your administrator can find more details in RT’s log files.”

the access_log and las-access.ssl.log does not have any information about this error. where can I dig more to find about this error? we are using RT 4.4.

The RT log, if you’ve configured RT to use one. Look in for the log file parameters. You may also find something in the database log, if you have that configured.

Do you have the problem when merging any two tickets, or only with two specific ones?


only two specific ones… and it turns out the messages log has references to this error. I’ll look more into it there.
