Error on make install

Phil meant remove the space within the quoted value of your DB_RT_PASS. In
your
case, the password is "**** ". Remove the space before the end quote.

Ok I got past that point but now when I try to start
apache after adding the lines to the conf file I get
the following error.

Do I need to just download the appropriate perl module
that contains this file?
