Error line 9 DBI

Hi all,
I am trying to install RT but i get an error on
initdb line 9 DBI

not sure what to do, I am using the latetest perl in /usr/bin/perl but to no avail
any ideas

can you give a little more information? The exact error, the version of
RT, the database type/version, etc?
