I realizd some of my tickets in RT2 do not have any email address for
Requestors and they are failing to import into RT3 with the following
Jul 18 08:13:53 beam RT: Could not create a new user -
Jul 18 08:13:58 beam RT: Failed to create user : Could not create user
Jul 18 08:14:00 beam RT: Could not load create a user with the email
address ‘’ to add as a watcher for ticket
Is there a quick workaround to succesfully import those tickets ?
