Errgggh... 1 more thing. How to delete too many tickets at once?

Hi,
Our sms-to-email application created an infinite
loop causing it to send to many email messages being
fetched by rt. How can I quickly delete them without
having to click the ticket, change the status to
deleted and update the ticket. is there a batch
operation for this???

Do a search for those tickets (on the left hand side menu, use the
search query builder) and then use the “Update multiple tickets” link on
the rightbottomcorner.
