here the summary:
In an investigation I deselected the CC. After submitting the message the message is also send to the CC.
More details:
- I create a ticket and classify it as Incident
- I open an Investigation and put an email address in TO and another email address in CC
- I send the email and receive an answer from a new 3rd email address.
- Email address in CC is not relevant anymore, so I deselect the checkbox
- I like to have the 3rd email address in reply, so I activate One-time CC
β CC is selected again automatically (at least not optimal) - Email address in CC is not relevant anymore, so I deselect the checkbox
- Submit
β message is send to: TO, One-time CC and CC
Since CC was not selected, when pushing Submit, I think this is a bug.
