I need the following feature:
If a ticket is in state ‘open’ for more than 3 days and a special
keyword is not selected, all watchers need to be informed.
So, my idea now is to add a 'wget
http://localhost/rt/my_own_special_page - line to the cron-script
and write my own html-embedded perl page, that is called dayly ant that
checks the database.
do you have a better idea? or is such a feature already implemented?

The “nag” script in the contrib area would be a good starting point.
