Email Based on Priority

We are using RT as a support ticket system, and would like to use a
pager along with the system. I’m currently using code to change the
priority of the ticket if a header exists. I would like to create a
scrip that would send an email to a specific address if the priority of
a ticket is changed above a certain threshold. I would modify my code
that changes the ticket to send the email, but then it wouldn’t be
logged in WebRT as being sent, and it also wouldn’t work if a priority
was escalated after creation.

Has anyone tried this?

There is no easy way I think. Remove files from /opt/rt3, you could
grab list from the RTIR’s tarball. Also most probably you want disable
RTIR’s queues.On 3/24/06, Phanoko phanoko@yahoo.com wrote:
